Club Guaraní

Paulo Centurión, is the son of Argentine international exfutbolista Cristino Centurión, has played in 3 different countries: Paraguay, Guatemala and Puerto Rico. It is a Defense that is characterized by its strength, aerial ability and good technical condition and is a player who is shaping up to ataque.

He debuted as a professional footballer at the Club Guaraní, the august 29, 2004 in the 4th date Paraguay Clausura 2004, entering the 38th minute replacement in the game that the club faced the Club Guaraní of Paraguay Club Nacional, March april 16 2006, Paulo scored his first goal as a professional Club Fernando de la Mora for the date 13 of the Apertura 2006.
